The Icehouse Condominium Project

We our currently insuring a new project by Developer James Maransky, owner of the EnVision Group. He is constructing a condominium project known as The Icehouse in Fishtown, Philadelphia. Despite the rocky real estate market, buyers are already lining up for the finished units. If all goes according to plan, a total of 48 units will be built in three phases over three years. Maransky has spent countless time fine-tuning and making the condominiums the best as possible. For example paying more for garage lights, to try to cut residents’ energy bills 40 percent and condo fees to 25 cents a square foot.
